Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT)
A more intensive outpatient level of care that usually involves multiple sessions per week, often several hours per day. Designed for individuals who need structured, frequent support but do not require inpatient or residential treatment. Often considered similar to an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in other systems.

Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SAIOP)
A moderate level of outpatient treatment with fewer hours per week than SACOT. Includes group therapy, individual counseling, education, and relapse prevention. Appropriate for individuals who need structured support but have more stability than those in SACOT.
